What I Offer

In each session I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities primarily consisting of Biodynamic Craniosacral and Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue/Swedish/Relaxation techniques, as well as Therapeutic Movement. I also offer one-on-one yoga and functional movement sessions. During our intake process, we will discuss treatment options so that I can tailor my approach to your specific needs.

Prices are as follows: Please note a $5 convenience fee for all credit card or digital payments to cover the swipe/tap fee that Square Processing charges me.

60 minute bodywork session- $120/125

90 minute bodywork session- $155/160

120 minute bodywork session- $195/200

Youth massage (30-60 minutes)- $85/90

Private yoga/therapeutic movement session- $110/115

All payments are due at the time of service. I am currently accepting payments in the form of cash, check (preferred), credit card, tap-to-pay, etc. and can provide payment links via text or email if you are purchasing gift cards online or forget your checkbook or wallet. I do not accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, etc. at this time.
